Our action in promoting the contemporary dance in the city of Chania started in 1990-1996 with the organizing of the „International Contemporary dance festival“ by E. Kaloutsi and G. Markadonakis as art directors. It continued with the realization of „Mediterrenean Platform of Contemporary dance 2004“. In 2011 we attempted a new beginning with more passion and energy in order to keep up with this vision. Following the success of Dance Days Chania 2012, 2013, 2014, the cooperation of the municipality of Chania and Venizelio Theater -School of music Chania we host once more, significant artists from the national and international dancing field who are stating through their artwork that the world of Dance resists, ravels, exchanges ideas, exists… We welcome you in Dance Days Chania 2015!
